Trades: 

Three trades will be earned after Race 2 along with new car values and can be used at any time. New car/driver values will occur after Race 1,  2, & 6.
12 Hours of Sebring Rule - A new car/driver sheet will be released before the 2nd race listing teams competing for Long Bach. For each car chosen for Sebring that does not compete, you may replace that car with an equal or lesser value car while also getting one "use it or lose it" trade for Long Beach (ie, if you take a Puegot for Sebring, then replace at a less value for Long Beach, you can use one trade to move up another car using your available budget created by the replacement.

 Unavailable Car: If a car is unavailable for any reason and you do not specify a equal or less valued car, your team will continue to earn points for the participating car listed directly below on the sign up or trade sheet, or if none are below, the car directly above will be used as long as it is the same price, or if it increases value but does not exceed the budget, then it will be used.

 Standings: Your teams score will determine your order of finish amongst the other teams competing. The following championship points (same as ALMS system) will be earned:  

Endurance Races: 12 Hrs Sebring (March), 10 Hrs Petit Lemans (Oct)
Intermediate Races: 6 Hrs Laguna Seca (Sep)
Sprint Races:  2 - 4 Hrs, All other races

 Tie Breakers: Your best scoring car will be compared against opponents best. If tied, move to second best, etc. For Season Finish, each teams number of 1st place finishes, then 2^nds and so on to be compared.

 Prizes: No prizes in 2011, trial season. Prestige only.
